Excelsior Coffee is a brick-and-mortar, mom-and-pop,  and event coffee company located in San Francisco and yes, we travel!  We use commercial grade equipment that can range from 50 guests to 500!  We also roast our own coffee, use premium ingredients, and can easily adapt and cater to your guests needs.

We have multiple carts loaded with commercial grade espresso machines and coffee equipment. Inquire with us how we can scale to match the needs of your event, whether it’s 6,000 per day capacity or 50 people for a couple of hours.

 FAQs

  • Yes. A 50% deposit is required for events of all sizes.

  • Excelsior Coffee provides all equipment, carts, and staff for events of any scale. We only require power and space. Outdoor events can be powered via generator for an additional cost. Standard power needs: two 20-amp dedicated circuits (110v outlets). Space requirements vary depending on event size.

  • We can provide service anywhere you need. Events outside the greater Bay Area may incur additional travel fees. For longer-distance requests, let’s discuss options.

  • Yes. For an additional cost, our design team can create custom cups, menus, and bar branding. Please allow a minimum three-week turnaround for branded elements.

  • Excelsior Coffee offers a full espresso-based menu or a drip coffee bar, with customizable options to suit your event. We also serve hot and iced teas, tea lattes, and can accommodate any additional beverage requests.

    Specialty drinks can be developed for your particular event, for an additional fee. Please allow 2 weeks for research and development to ensure the coffee is tasting its best for your guests.
